Q: What is Bazi (Eight Characters)?

A: Bazi, also known as Four Pillars of Destiny, is a Chinese astrological method using your birth date and time to analyze personality, strengths, challenges, and life timing for career, relationships, and major decisions.

Online Consultation

Q: How do online consultations work?

A: Online consultations are conducted via Zoom or WhatsApp video call. For property consultations, you’ll need to provide floor plans, photos, and property details. For Bazi consultations, we’ll need your birth information. The consultation typically lasts 60-90 minutes.

Q: Do I need a floor plan for online property consultation?

A: Yes, a floor plan is essential for accurate Feng Shui analysis. If you don’t have one, photos of the layout and measurements can work, but a floor plan provides the best results. Many property listings include floor plans, or you can create a simple sketch.

Q: Is online consultation as effective as on-site?

A: For Bazi consultations, online is equally effective. For property Feng Shui, on-site is preferred as we can feel the energy and see details not visible in photos. However, online consultations with good floor plans and photos can still provide valuable insights and recommendations.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

Q: How is the consultation fee calculated?

Q: Do I need to buy Feng Shui items?

A: No. Our recommendations focus on spatial arrangement, furniture placement, and practical adjustments. We don’t sell Feng Shui items and don’t require you to purchase anything. If specific items would help, we’ll suggest affordable, commonly available options.

Q: How far in advance should I book?

A: We recommend booking 1-2 weeks in advance for on-site consultations, and 3-5 days for online consultations. However, we can often accommodate urgent requests.

Q: How long does a consultation take?

A: Typical consultation duration:

A: For property consultation:

• Floor plan (if available)

• Compass directions (if known)

For Bazi consultation:

• Birth time (as accurate as possible)

Q: Do you serve clients outside Hong Kong and Malaysia?

A: Yes! We offer online consultations for clients worldwide. For on-site consultations, we primarily serve Hong Kong and Malaysia, but may consider travel for larger commercial projects.

Q: Which areas in Malaysia do you cover?

A: We primarily serve:

Specific Concerns

Q: I’m renting, can Feng Shui still help?

Q: My partner doesn’t believe in Feng Shui. Will it still work?
